1. Plain-language summary

• You may use Passée on Apple devices associated with your Apple ID for personal, non-commercial use.
• Your item names, photos, notes, dates, locations, document details, and shelf information stay yours.
• Passée helps organize timing. It is not medical, legal, financial, food-safety, or product-safety advice.
• Smart Photo is optional. If you choose it, limited image or text information may be processed to suggest item details.
• Passée Plus renews automatically unless you cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings.

2. Who can use Passée

Passée is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your license

TA Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download and use Passée on Apple devices you own or control, for personal use only.

You may not reverse-engineer Passée, resell it, redistribute it, remove proprietary notices, use it to build a competing product, or use it in violation of law.

4. Your content

Everything you add to Passée is your content. This may include item names, photos, notes, locations, prices, sizes, quantities, people, issue dates, expiry dates, reminder dates, payment due dates, billing cycle dates, document details, and optional last-four card identifiers.

You retain your rights in your content. You are responsible for the information you save and for confirming that you have the right to save it.

5. Privacy

Passée is designed around local storage and private iCloud sync. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored, where it lives, how optional Smart Photo works, and how privacy-safe product analytics are handled.

6. Subscriptions: Passée Plus

Passée Plus is optional and unlocks additional features such as unlimited tracking, private iCloud sync, Smart Photo, Batch Add, share cards, Full Insights, longer history, CSV import, CSV templates, and filtered export.

Passée Plus is sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store: $6.99 per month or $49.99 per year, with a 1-month free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices may vary by country, tax jurisdiction, and App Store promotions.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. Not advice

Passée is a reminder and organization tool. It does not provide medical, diagnosis, treatment, legal, financial, food-safety, cosmetic-safety, product-safety, or document-compliance advice.

• For medicine and supplements, follow the label, your pharmacist, and your clinician.
• For food, cosmetics, and household items, use your judgment and follow manufacturer guidance.
• For IDs, insurance, loans, bills, cards, and renewals, verify official deadlines and requirements with the issuing organization.

8. Import, export, and sharing

Passée can import CSV files and create CSV exports when you ask it to. You are responsible for choosing what to export and where to save or share exported files. Share cards and Messages drafts are user-controlled; Passée does not send messages on your behalf.

If you use Passée for HSA/FSA recordkeeping, Passée does not determine whether an item is reimbursable and does not replace the documentation your plan administrator may require, such as itemized receipts, Explanation of Benefits statements, prescriptions, or letters of medical necessity.

9. Intellectual property

Passée, including the app name, logo, visual design, source code, interface, product behavior, editorial copy, and brand materials, is owned by TA Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimers

Passée is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TA Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Passée will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any reminder, date, suggestion, OCR result, Smart Photo output, or classification will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TA Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to Passée. Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amount you paid for Passée Plus in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You can stop using Passée at any time by deleting the app. Deleting the app does not cancel an active Apple subscription. TA Studio may terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms.

13. Apple-specific terms

Because Passée is downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and TA Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Passée or its content, maintenance, or support.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms over time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Passée after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
